History

Deer Park Oil Tools Pty Ltd is a member of the Deer Park Group of Companies which has provided manufacturing services to the materials handling and oil and gas industries since the 1960s.

Deer Park Oil Tools Pty Ltd commenced operations in February 2002 when the machine shops business previously owned and operated by Baker Oil Tools (Australia) in Canning Vale, Western Australia and Sale, Victoria was acquired as a going concern.

The machine shop in Canning Vale moved to a new, purpose-built workshop in March 2004 having previously operated from a leased portion of Baker Oil Tools’ facility in Bell Street, Canning Vale.  The freehold property in Sale was purchased from Baker Oil Tools simultaneously to the acquisition of the machine shops business. In October 2017 the business in Canning Vale was sold as a going concern to TEK-Ocean Energy Services Pty Ltd.

Deer Park Oil Tools continues to operate the machine shop located in Sale.
