Phosphate and Manganese Coating

Both Deer Park Oil Tools Sale and Perth facilities perform phosphate and manganese coating of finished machined connections and components using the immersion method.

Both facilities have small solution baths for the coating of small components and larger baths with tilt frame feeders for the coating of the threaded ends of long tubulars.

When applied to premium connections, the phosphate and manganese coating is performed in accordance with the licensors including VAM Services, Tenaris and Hydril.
